ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
To assist you in accessing the practice, we have allocated disabled parking spaces and are a single storey building so are easily accessible.
CALL RECORDINGS
We record incoming and outgoing telephone calls for training, monitoring, and quality assurance purposes and to maintain high standards of service and ensure patient safety.
Recordings may include personal information you provide during the call.
Call recordings are stored securely and retained for 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted.
STAFF TRAINING CLOSURE
On the Half Day Closure of the month ( Please see below) there is limited access to the surgery due to staff training. Normal service resumes 8am the following day.
During this time, you can still call us but our phones will be answered by our out of hours provider.
Please call 999 for life threatening emergencies or 111 for anything urgent.
