Covid-19: Changes & Support

During the Covid-19 pandemic, we are still open and seeing patients. If you need to contact us, please do so through the website or over the phone, instead of coming into the practice.

We are offering phone or video consultations in the first instance, but the doctor or nurse may ask you to come into the surgery if they want to see you face to face. If they do that, they will be wearing protective equipment such as masks and aprons, and additional cleaning is taking place.

There are social distancing measures in place at the practice and in some instances, you may be asked to wait in the car park until the time of your appointment. If you have coronavirus symptoms such as a temperature or a cough, please let the practice know, as you will not be able to enter the surgery.

If you need to order repeat prescriptions please nominate a pharmacy who can request medications for you and have your prescription sent electronically for you to collect your medication from the pharmacy.

We are open as normal

We would like to encourage our patients that the NHS is still OPEN and your practice is keen to speak to you if you are feeling unwell.
