The NHS is rolling out a new system to allow patients to access their detailed medical records digitally through online services such as the NHS App, including letters and test results.
If you use these services and would like to have access to your detailed records in the future, you can now get in contact with us to request this. This will take effect for future medical records and won’t include information about previous tests, hospital letters and so on. (The NHS aims to introduce access to past records in the next year)
To request access to your detailed/coded future medical records

- Your full name
- Date of birth
- Address
